Specialists in temperature-controlled healthcare logistics from Korea.

Flowmedi exists for healthcare shipments that need local execution, partner coordination, and review-ready records, not just a standard courier booking. This page explains how the work is operated.

What makes us different

Specialized by sector. Focused by route.

Large specialty logistics companies prove scale through global networks, depots, and headcount. Flowmedi's role is narrower: make Korean healthcare shipments and selected Asia routes clearer to operate, document, and review.

Local execution

Local handling in Korea is treated as an operating responsibility.

Flowmedi focuses on local pickup, temperature-controlled handling, customs timing, partner release, MFDS-related sample movements, special handling, and records.

Case design

Each shipment starts with a case review, not a generic booking flow.

Operators review the origin, destination, cargo type, temperature condition, deadline, customs path, partner role, and record expectations before movement.

Record discipline

Proof is planned before pickup.

Custody, POD, temperature summary, exception notes, and lane-specific documentation are part of the operating plan, not an afterthought.

Operating principles

How Flowmedi works before, during, and after movement.

The operating model is simple: understand the case before movement, keep custody and temperature context visible during movement, and close the work with records that can be reviewed later.

Scope before movement

Clarify cargo type, temperature range, custody points, timing, customs path, and partner release before the shipment moves.

Name the custody points

Every critical transfer should have a handler, place, timestamp, and reviewable custody event.

Tie temperature to the route

Logger data is interpreted with the lane threshold, route timing, custody events, and exception context.

Close the file

A handled case should close with CoC, POD, temperature summary, exception notes, and lane-specific records.

Where the model applies

The scope is specific by design.

Company pages should not repeat every service detail. The important point is where the operating model is strongest: Korea domestic handling, Korea import/export, MFDS-related sample movements, and selected Asia route coordination.

Korea domestic handling

Temperature-controlled healthcare shipments between hospitals, labs, pharma sites, CDMOs, airport release points, and regulatory destinations.

Korea import / export

IMPs, biologics, ancillaries, and biological samples moving into or out of Korea.

MFDS-related sample movements

Sample submission, complaint exchange, multi-site pickup, condition checks, and documentation.

Selected cross-border Asia routes

Healthcare shipments across selected Asian markets, scoped by cargo type, temperature condition, documentation needs, and local partner readiness.
